Welcome to One Eleven Spa and Aesthetics. By scheduling an appointment or purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Policy

• All appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time, and full charges will apply.

2. Deposit Requirement

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to rescheduled appointments if notice is provided in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
• Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-shows will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Service Policy

• We offer a variety of facials and massage services at our physical location at 10 East Moonachie Rd, Hackensack, New Jersey.
• Our team of licensed professionals ensures the highest standards of care and hygiene.
• If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs, please inform us at the time of booking.

5. Refund Policy

• Services provided are non-refundable.
• If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

6. Health and Safety

• For the safety of all clients and staff, we maintain strict hygiene protocols.
• Clients exhibiting signs of illness or contagious conditions may be asked to reschedule their appointments.

7. Gift Cards and Packages

• Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Gift cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Personal Belongings

• One Eleven Spa and Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secure during your visit.

9. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate behavior or fails to comply with our policies.
